Cardella Construction Company invites your firm to submit a proposal for the North Perry Airport Bobby's Landing Projectat Pembroke Pines, FL.This is a 980,000 SF Site with 3 Hangers Building totaling 46,600 SF, 4 "T" Hanger Building totaling 34,660 SF, 2 "Box" Hanger Building totaling 37,800 SF  as well as a new Terminal building totaling 8,000 SF.

As a potential project team member, we are requesting that you provide us with a itemized proposal for the  Schematic Design Drawings dated 08.04.25 no later than Wednesday March 11th, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. EST
