Cardella Construction Company invites your firm to submit a proposal for the Cora Restaurant Conversionat 428 S. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd., Fort Lauderdale(formerly Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.).
The project consists of a complete interior renovation, the addition of an indoor/outdoor bar, MEP upgrades, and exterior improvements. Construction is anticipated to begin Spring of 2027,with an estimated duration of 5 months.
We intend to make subcontractor award decisions based on this round of pricing. Please review the bid documents thoroughly and submit any questions by the designated RFI deadline to allow sufficient time for clarification prior to bidding. A site walkthrough is tentative...
