The City of Garland is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced utility contractors for the construction of the North Garland Waterline Utility Extension Project.

The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, superintendence, and incidentals necessary for the installation of water main extensions to improve system capacity, redundancy, and service delivery within the City of Garland.

Major components of the work include, but are not limited to:
