In this system, all electronic correspondence is tracked and archived, and bidders are provided with the most up to date information available for the project.  We feel that this tool will simplify the bidding process by cutting down on the amount of filing and paperwork that typically accompanies bid management.  If you have any issues accessing documents reach out to Procore Support.   The proposed building will incorporate approximately 109,000 square feet of program space and a variety of other outdoor spaces, creating an environment that promotes wellness and rehabilitation for the patients. The program space will include patient rooms (single bed private rooms), shared and specialized support spaces for patients, administration space, and diagnostic and treatment space. The program space will also include the programming that is necessary to support the operations of the hospital like food services, laundry, supply services, and other programs.   Subcontractors and/or suppliers are prohibited from communicating with HHSC regarding this Solicitation.
