You’ve been invited to prequalify to bid on the upcoming 7th &amp; College Street Parking Deck project in Charlotte, NC. To be invited to bid on this project, bidders must first pass the North Carolina State/Mecklenburg County Prequalification process. The 7th &amp; College Street Parking Deck Project in Uptown Charlotte, NC is a New Ground Up 110,000 SF, 263 Space, 5-Story Precast Parking Deck, with 7,000 SF of Ground Floor Retail Shell Space. Improvements to 7th Street are also part of the project.

The Oriole Park at Camden Yards Renovations Project Package 8 is associated with the CR Package (Main Concourse & Upper Concourse Restroom Renovations), CL Package (Club Corridor/Suites Projects), FCA2 (MEP Equipment Replacement), Fanatics Storage on Service Level, Service Level Kitchen, and Left Field Upper Bar projects that will be scheduled to begin late 2026 and throughout the offseason 2027.

M&T Bank Stadium - GMP 21 NE Synthetic Turf (North Plaza/Northeast Village)

Gilbane Building Company, Construction Manager, for and acting on behalf of Board of Education of North Shore School District 112, is receiving lump sum proposal forms from interested contractors for the renovations of the Wayne Thomas Elementary School. This advertisement is for the roof replacement and patch work specified for the Wayne Thomas Elementary School. Building Re-Roof is approximately 40,000 sf scheduled to be complete for summer 2026 construction. This includes all framing associated with raising the roof edges, soffit work/ panels, etc. Substantial completion is scheduled for September 2027. 
The scope of work associated with this bid release is generally described as support of the above program and described in detail herein.

All additional information will be provided to invited/pre-qualified trade contractors via Bid Supplement through Procore Bidding.
 
This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 35% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal.  No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in the Procore Bidding Plan Room, must be completed, and submitted with all bid proposals.

M&T Bank Stadium- GMP 22 FCA Domestic Hot Water System

Gilbane Building Company would like to invite you to submit a Bid Proposal for your trade specialty scope of work, note that we are soliciting companies utilizing Union tradesman only.  This Project entails the ground up construction of a multi-use 91,702-square-foot, four-story repository and research and development (R&D) laboratory building project scope includes a new core and shell building, interior fit-out, and associated site improvements. The program includes R&D labs, office spaces, tank storage, and a 2,700-square-foot vivarium located on the fourth floor.
