Gilbane Building Company, Construction Manager, for and acting on behalf of Board of Education of North Shore School District 112, is receiving lump sum proposal forms from interested contractors for the renovations of the Wayne Thomas Elementary School. This advertisement is for the roof replacement and patch work specified for the Wayne Thomas Elementary School. Building Re-Roof is approximately 40,000 sf scheduled to be complete for summer 2026 construction.
