McGough Construction Co., LLC would like to invite you to participate in the bidding process for this construction project by utilizing Procore to help  streamline the bidding process by allowing bid invitees to download relevant bid documents and submit their bids electronically.    The Project will include a 225-bed replacement hospital for the North Texas State Hospital located in Wichita Falls, Texas, including 25 Maximum Security Beds, 25 Children’s Beds, 25 Geriatric Beds, and 150 Forensic / Civil beds., an administration area, related support services, possible selected demolition, and related utility infrastructure and landscaping.    The proposed building(s) will incorporate approximately +/- 419,000 square feet of program space, and a variety of other outdoor space, creating an environment that promotes wellness and rehabilitation for the patients.
