Cardella Construction Company invites your firm to submit a proposal for the  Kemp Ranch Welcome Centerat Waxahachie TX.The project is a 10,000 SF 1-story welcome center for the Minto Community. It will have mock rooms displaying the housing in the community, sales offices, and a show floor. The project is project to break ground in July 2026.

As a potential project team member, we are requesting that you provide us with a BUDGETARY pricingfor the Schematic Documents dated 02.16.2026 no later than Thursday March 26th, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. CST.
