We are excited to share with you a new project that we are bidding on.

The project will consist of the ground up development of 4 flex shell buildings in Phase 1. Two buildings will be 12,000 SF and the other two will be 14,320 SF. There are two buildings that are not included in this that will be in a future Phase 2.

A few notes as we are transitioning over to ProCore for our bidding/estimating processes. When submitting your proposal, please fill out the line items within Procore as they pertain to your scope and place any comments/missing scope line items in the additional sections available. Also, please include your full proposal in the Attachments section as well to ensure no missed scope.
