Project consists of construction of a new music practice building to be built adjacent to the Music Building. Work includes new interior partitions, finishes, doors, acoustical ceilings, toilet rooms and MEPS. The exterior of the building includes new aluminum storefront, curtain wall, translucent fiber glass , metal panels, EPDM Roof & Slate Roof tiles.
