Renovation of existing building and addition to North Brandywine Middle School for the Coatesville School District. Scope includes complete site improvement, structural & selective demolition of the existing school building, and new construction of the school addition. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection are under separate Prime Contracts.

This project will utilize OCIP insurance, and all insurance should be excluded from your proposals.
