Gilbane Building Company would like to invite you to submit a Bid Proposal for your trade specialty scope of work, note that we are soliciting companies utilizing Union tradesman only.  This Project entails the ground up construction of amulti-use 91,702-square-foot, four-story repository and research and development (R&D) laboratory building project scope includes a new core and shell building, interior fit-out, and associated site improvements. The program includes R&D labs, office spaces, tank storage, and a 2,700-square-foot vivarium located on the fourth floor.
