MarMac Roofing was founded on experience, family values, and a shared passion for the roofing industry. Tim “Mac” McMillin brings more than 42 years of experience in all aspects of the commercial roofing and sheet metal industry. Mac began his career at just 17 years old, working on rooftops an installer. Through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to learning every part of the trade, he steadily advanced through the ranks—first becoming a Field Superintendent, then Operations Manager, and eventually serving as Vice President and President of the same company where he spent over 30 years of his career before retiring. For Mac, roofing has always been more than a job—it has been a lifelong passion. Throughout his career, he strongly believed that truly understanding the industry meant starting at the bottom and learning the craft from the ground up. That belief carried forward when his son, Cody Maresh, joined the industry in 2009 at the age of 21, shortly after enlisting in the United States Marine Corps, where he proudly served our country for 10 years while building his career in the roofing industry. Just as Mac had done decades earlier, Cody began his career the same way—on rooftops installing systems and gaining firsthand experience in the field. Following in his father’s footsteps, Cody gained hands-on experience in every aspect of the industry, including estimating, project management, and operations management. That foundation led him to the role of Chief Estimator, and over time he continued to advance into leadership positions, ultimately serving as Vice President of Estimating and Sales after 17 years of dedication to the same company. With decades of combined experience and a shared vision, Cody made the decision to pursue his dream of building a company of his own—and there was no one better to start that journey with than his father. Without hesitation, Mac came out of retirement to help his son launch their new venture. Together, they founded MarMac Roofing, built on the same principles that shaped their careers—hard work, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and strong relationships with their clients. At MarMac Roofing, every project is approached with a commitment to personalized service and tailored solutions. The team works closely with each client to understand their specific needs, delivering roofing systems that provide lasting performance and reliability. The name MarMac represents more than just a company—it represents a family legacy, combining Maresh and Mac, and a shared commitment to building a roofing company grounded in experience, integrity, and genuine service to every client we work with.
