Performed stripe coating, plural-component and conventional spray application, brush and roller application as required, and verified dry film thickness and coating quality throughout the application process. Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Applied open-cell and closed-cell spray polyurethane foam insulation in accordance with manufacturer specifications and project requirements. Responsibilities included equipment setup and calibration, substrate preparation, monitoring environmental conditions, maintaining proper material temperatures and pressures, verifying foam thickness and adhesion, and ensuring complete coverage to achieve the required thermal and air barrier performance. Throughout all phases of work, maintained a strong focus on safety, quality control, specification compliance, and proper documentation to deliver projects that met client and industry requirements.
