Venergy Group LLC would like to invite you to provide a bid/quote for this project by utilizing our Software, “Procore.” Procore helps to streamline the bidding process by allowing bid invitees to download relevant bid documents and submit their bids electronically. In this system, all electronic correspondence is tracked and archived, and bidders are provided with the most up to date information available for the project.  We feel that this tool will simplify the bidding process for your project team by cutting down on the amount of filing and paperwork that typically accompanies bid management.    By submitting a bid in response to this Invitation to Bid (ITB), the Bidder acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the Subcontract Agreement, as provided by VENERGY GROUP, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"). The Subcontract Terms and Conditions are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this ITB. A copy of the Subcontract Terms and Conditions is available upon request or can be accessed on our website https://venergygroup.com/subcontract-general-terms-and-conditions/   Bidders are responsible for reviewing and understanding the Subcontract Terms and Conditions prior to submitting their bid. Submission of a bid constitutes the Bidder’s acceptance of these terms, which shall govern the performance of the scope of work described in this ITB, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Contractor. Any proposed modifications to the Subcontract Terms and Conditions must be submitted in writing as part of the bid response and are subject to approval by the Contractor at its sole discretion.
