EPS - Angie Debo and Washington Irving Entry Project This project will need to start immediately when the school year ends for Summer Break and be completed before school resumes in the Fall of 2026.    The deadline for pre-bid questions is April 23, 2026.      Bidding Instructions: Edmond Public Schools ("Owner"), invites bids on the forms included in the individual Bid Packages, and all blank fields must be appropriately filled in by each Bidder.   Non-Bid Packages "NBP" proposals will be an online submission via Procore or emailed to [email protected]. These are due by Monday, April 27th at 3:00pm.    SEALED BID PACKAGES MUST BE PHYSICALLY SUBMITTED AND MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 10:00am Central, Tuesday, April 28th, 2026.   The envelope containing bid package submissions must be closed, sealed and addressed to:   Edmond Public Schools c/o L5 Construction, LLC Construction Manager for Edmond Public Schools 200 N. Kelly Edmond, OK 73034   and clearly designated in the lower left-hand corner with:        EPS – Angie Debo and Washington Irving Entry Project - Bid Package #: _____________   Owner expressly reserves the right to waive any formalities or minor irregularities and to reject any or all bids.  Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof.  Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.  No Bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date of opening.
