Dear Bidder, You are invited to submit a proposal for your work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the work of your trade on the following project: The Ambassador at Greenwich Assisted Living Facility 40 Old Track Rd, Greenwich, CT 06830   Bid Documents: A full set of all contract drawings, specifications, and scope documents are available on Procore for download.    Project Description: B2K TP Construction, LLC is developing a new Assisted Living Facility . This project will be located at 40 Old Track Rd. in Greenwich, CT 06830. The 4-story structure will be approximately 190,000 GSF, and will include with 134 rooms (30 memory care and 104 assisted living rooms and 83 parking spots below grade garage, and multiple amenity spaces. This project is subject to capital improvement certificate.   Work shall be performed using Prevailing Wage Labor rates.   The proposal must be broken down into the following sub-sections: TRADE and any associated work required to complete this task, including but not limited to labor, equipment, material, mobilizations, layout, testing, certifications.  Bids: Bids must be submitted to B2K TP Construction, LLC  on the due date as specified, or as further clarified via Addenda or Bid Clarifications. All bids must be clearly identified with project name and bid information, as follows: Name of subcontractor/supplier Trade Project Name   All Bids must be submitted via Procore using their Bid Submittal Tool. Provide all scope unit prices as listed in the Bid Form.  The successful bidder must execute B2K TP Construction Subcontractor Agreement and meet all the contract requirements. A copy of B2K's standard Subcontractor Agreement and all contract requirements are available for Bidder’s review on Procore. All bidders are presumed to meet the insurance requirements and must furnish evidence of insurability with their bid submittal. All bidders are presumed to be financially responsible and must be able to furnish evidence to verify same. All bidders must be prequalified. B2K TP Construction reserves the right to waive minor bid irregularities and award the contract in the best interest of the Owner and B2K TP Construction.
