The program space will include patient rooms (semi-private and private); shared and specialized support space for patients; administration space; diagnostic and treatment space; etc. The program space will also include the  support programs’ areas that are necessary to support the operations of the hospital like food services, laundry, supply services, and other programs.

Schedule

The successful bidder will be expected to execute Moonrise Construction’s subcontract agreement and comply with project requirements including, but not limited to:

Insurance requirements
Submittals, shop drawings, and closeout documentation
Coordination with Procore project management procedures
