Moonrise Construction invites your firm to submit a proposal for selected architectural and structural trade packages for our 26 unit w ground floor and basement commercial mixed use project we call 1400 Frankford Ave located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This bid invitation is being issued in connection with the release of the project’s Permit Drawing Set, and is intended to solicit pricing from qualified subcontractors.

To simplify the bid process we are utilizing Procore to allow bid invitees to download relevant bid documents and submit their bids electronically.
