Use all available documents attached to provide complete bids.  The bid is considered by Bunn-Brantley Enterprises (BBE) to be quoted according to all specifications contained in the plans.  If value engineering options or alternates are requested by BBE, please put a description of the value engineering or alternates and their value as separate add/ alternate options. Bids must be proposed in complete compliance with the plans and specifications.
