Triple Construction, LLC would like to invite you to participate in the bidding process for the Interior Remodeling and Renovations at State Aided Development: Overland Street (705-1K) in Fitchburg, Massachusetts
The Project consists of but not limited to:
Selective Demolition interior and exterior; Demolition of one chimney in its entirety; Asbestos Abatement; Exterior Envelope improvements to a two-story duplex; new insulation, door, windows, siding; renovation on one three-bedroom unit including new electrical plumbing HVAC; kitchen and bath renovation; new stair.
